WARRANTY INFO
At Semi Part Supply, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service. Our top priority is ensuring that every customer is taken care of with the utmost professionalism and support.
Warranty Coverage
All Semi Part Supply products come with a two-year manufacturer defect warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, physical damage, or alterations made after purchase. Labor costs related to installation, removal, or diagnostics are not covered under this warranty.
For products made from stainless steel, surface rust resulting from improper maintenance or lack of cleaning is not covered under warranty. To maintain the appearance and longevity of your stainless steel products, we recommend cleaning and lightly polishing them on a monthly basis. Proper maintenance will help keep your stainless steel looking as bright and new as possible.
Warranty Claims & Shipping
- The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all warranty claims unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by a Semi Part Supply representative.
- The buyer is also responsible for returning the warranted item back to Semi Part Supply for evaluation.
- All warranty items must be unaltered and free of any physical damage to be eligible for coverage.
Other Manufacturer Warranties
For products not manufactured by Semi Part Supply, the warranty coverage is provided by the original manufacturer. Warranty terms, coverage, and claim procedures may vary.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
